These 1/2" open/snap-on polyester strapping seals feature internal serrations that grip smooth polyester strapping and resist tension loss under load. The snap-on design eliminates the need for a seal pusher tool, allowing fast, consistent application without added equipment on the line.
Well-suited for warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, and freight consolidation, these seals handle bundling, unitizing, and pallet securing tasks where maintaining strap tension is critical. The open-style profile makes them especially practical on high-volume packing lines where speed and repeatability matter.
Seals measure 1-3/16" L x 1/2" W and are sized for standard 1/2" smooth polyester strapping. Each case contains 1,000 seals and ships via parcel carrier.
