Marsh® Oil Boards are 0.015"-thick oil-treated paperboard sheets engineered for use with stencil cutting machines. The oil treatment performs two distinct functions simultaneously: it resists ink bleed-through to produce sharp, legible stencil marks, and it lubricates the cutting punches with each character pass, extending the operational life of the stencil machine.
These boards are used in warehouse marking, manufacturing line identification, shipping and receiving operations, and distribution center labeling — anywhere repeatable, durable stenciled characters are needed on cartons, crates, pallets, or piping. Finished stencils can be applied to both flat and curved surfaces.
Each board measures 7 x 24 inches and should be cut with the grain to maintain rigidity and prevent tearing or pulling during the cutting process. Cases contain 540 boards and weigh approximately 51.36 lbs. Ships via parcel carrier.
